This is a Fairytails bird. They were made after the popularity of My Little Ponies, and were alot like them..except they were birds with long brushable tails. They had a bit more functionality than ponies, they could clip onto a branch, or your finger.

This is Snuggle Tails, and I have no idea if these are her actual colors or prototype colors.
